Susan Norton is a dynamic leader who uses her technical and managerial skills to ensure quality software delivery. She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate management, quality assurance analysis and automated software testing, and is an active proponent of female empowerment. Susan mentors women who are entering the technology field as well as those seeking to boost their career or business.
Susan’s deep sense of community underpins a corporate culture of giving back. She received the Philanthropist of the Year Award from Distinctive Women two years running. Susan is an avid volunteer with organizations including Women for a Humane Canada, Look Good Feel Better, Fairy Godmother Ottawa and the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.

Robert Lacasse has enabled Alcea to develop and grow a strong software offering with a loyal customer base. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, industrial engineering, project and operations management, business analysis and database administration.
Emphasizing best practices and business processes, Robert uses his experience and interpersonal skills to work with customers, ensuring that they get the system – and the results – that they need.
