Alcea Technologies Inc. is actively monitoring the evolution of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and taking measures to protect the health of team members while minimizing the impact to business operations by following Public Health Guidelines and working from home.
Our top priorities are assuring the health and safety of all Alcea team members and assuring our customers that it is business as usual.
The Alcea Team continues to support our customers at the same level as we have always provided. As we are a cloud-based software development firm, we have not experienced any impact on our customer’s systems or support requests and do not expect to see a drop in service.
